Submission Guideline

How to Submit

Authors must log in or register on the submission platform to submit their manuscripts. Before submission, please carefully review the following guidelines to ensure compliance with ZhongYu International Education's editorial and ethical standards.

Author Guidelines

Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word, following the formatting requirements outlined in our Author Guidelines. A Manuscript Submission Template is available for download.

Following these standards will improve readability, reduce revision rounds, and help expedite editorial and peer review processes.


Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm the following:

 - The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere.

 - The manuscript is formatted according to the guidelines, with figures, tables, and equations integrated into the main file.

 - The submission includes all necessary sections, such as abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, and references.

 - The manuscript is written in clear, concise English, with proper grammar and punctuation.

 - DOIs or URLs are provided in the reference list wherever available.

 - A cover letter is included, briefly explaining the significance of the research and its relevance to the scope of ZhongYu International Education journals.


Cover Letter Requirements

A separate cover letter should be submitted along with the manuscript and must include:

 - Full names and affiliations of all authors, including department, institution, city, postal code, and country.

 - Confirmation that written informed consent has been obtained where applicable.

 - An ethics statement if the study involves human or animal subjects.

 - If applicable, trial registration details (e.g., registry name and trial number).

 - 3–5 bullet-point highlights summarizing the study’s novelty, key findings, and significance.


Types of Articles

ZhongYu International Education accepts the following article types (note: actual availability may vary by journal):

Research Article (≥5000 words)

Review Article (≥6000 words)

Editorial (≤1000 words)

Short Communication (≤2000 words)

Each manuscript must include clearly labeled sections appropriate to its article type.


Manuscript Structure

The following structure is recommended (not strictly fixed for all article types):

Title: Concise (≤20 words), accurate, and reflective of key findings.

Author Information: Include name, affiliation, and identify the corresponding author.

Abstract: 200–250 words summarizing the study’s aim, methods, results, and conclusion.

Keywords: 3–8 terms, separated by semicolons.

Introduction: Background, research gap, and study objective.

Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology, enabling replication.

Results: Objective presentation of findings, including figures/tables.

Discussion: Interpretation, implications, comparison with existing literature.

Conclusion: Summary of findings and their significance.

Author Contributions: Description of each author’s role.

Conflict of Interest: Disclosure of any financial or personal conflicts.

Funding: Details of financial support or a statement if none.

Acknowledgments: Recognition of support not qualifying for authorship.

Data Availability Statement: Information on where and how data can be accessed.

References: See below for formatting.


Reference Guidelines

References must follow Vancouver style with numbered citations [1], [2], [3]... in the order they appear in the manuscript. Use DOIs or URLs whenever available.

Note: References written in non-English languages should include an English translation or notation.


Figures, Tables, and Equations

Figures and tables must be numbered sequentially and embedded in the manuscript.

Equations should be left-aligned, numbered (e.g., Equation 1) and editable.

High-resolution images are required for publication.

Each visual element should be cited within the text and accompanied by a title/caption.


Supplementary Material

Supplementary files may include datasets, high-resolution images, video, or other non-essential content that enhances the main article. These materials should be referenced in the manuscript and uploaded separately during submission.
