All manuscripts submitted to our journals undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to maintain fairness, objectivity, and editorial independence.
Our Peer Review Process:
Initial Screening
The editorial team first reviews each submission to check for plagiarism, alignment with the journal’s scope, format compliance, and general academic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's basic requirements may be rejected at this stage.
Reviewer Assignment
Submissions that pass the initial check are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers based on their expertise, availability, relevance to the manuscript’s topic, and the absence of any conflicts of interest.
Peer Review
Reviewers submit structured evaluations and provide one of the following recommendations: accept, minor/major revision, revise and resubmit, or reject. All peer review records are strictly confidential and will not be made public.
Editorial Decision
The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief and/or Associate Editors, based on feedback from at least two reviewers. Editors are prohibited from managing manuscripts in which they are listed as authors. In such cases, another editorial board member with no conflict of interest will oversee the process.
Revision & Response
Authors who receive revision requests must submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed point-by-point response letter by the specified deadline. If more time is needed, an extension request should be sent to the editorial office in advance.
Editing & Production
Accepted manuscripts move into the production phase, which includes language editing, formatting and layout adjustments, author-involved proofreading, and final publication with DOI assignment. Author collaboration is essential during this stage to ensure content accuracy and clarity.
Appeals
Authors who wish to appeal a rejection decision should send a written appeal to contact@zycentre.com, including a detailed response to each reviewer comment for editorial reconsideration.
